Well, it was a very nice stay during christmas holidays. The stuff was consistently courteous, helped me a lot. It was in a perfect and particularly good location a short walk to Puntamika Public Bath. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the snack bar.

Incredible location and extremely helpful staff were a definite plus. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from Uskok Beach.

It has absolutely perfect and magnificent location and private parking, and it's short walk to smiling all the time, pine trees on one side and sandy beach.

Tbh, had a real good stay in winter time. Came with my children, everything was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Loved my standard double room with nice view and the Seaview plus shower...

My stay was really good which by itself is a downside to this vacation. Superior queen room I stayed at was fully-equipped with bunk beds.

Reasonably large and clean hotel, it's an ideal base for rest. The breakfast is great, the room is big and huge with bunk beds.

Had standard queen room with wake-up service available in it. The view over garden was great! The personnel where extremely helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms with the Seaview are breathtaking, and the soft drinks provided add to the overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day off right.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I couldn't find any areas for improvement.

1./ The arrangement of the building seems like it was planned on the basis of feng-shui, by which I mean that a good and relaxed feeling filled us in every social spot that we went to, I did not experience bad energy anywhere. 2./ My favourite part of the building is when we turn around the reception area into the corridor with the little shops -where we did do quite a lot of shopping- passing by the great pool area. 3./ I found the arrangements of the different services very comfortable, even the structure of the restaurant and the food picking spots are constructed in a way that swallows the 800 guests and you don't have a crowd experience: there are no ques and can always find a table outdoor also. Very good and wide selection of food ! 4./ I also liked the little perks during the day: the afternoon snack hour with cakes and the melon catering in the garden and the opportunity to go to pick up a cocktail at the pool bar. 5./ I used the gym every morning and just loved the swim in the empty pool in the morning, I enjoyed having my own time as childrens activities were also nice, 6:/ The form and arrangement of the pools was also ideal for my 5 year old to do the first deep water swimming moves and the depth is comfortable for a parent to go through the first moves when fishing out the child. I did have the best vacation of the last 6 years in which I have been travelling with a child and would like to return.

1./ First night - Saturday night - after the long drive we could have used a silent sleep, but were woken by the noise in the bar against the street, fortunately that did not repeat during the rest of the week (however I did ask for a silent room in our reservation). 2./ When taking a table at the eating hours after someone has already left the table, it was never cleaned and we had to get our own cutlery while as we were eating at the table the waiters kept coming to our table to take our unfinished lemons and honey basically out of our hand. So there is attention paid to clean away things while we are sitting at the table, but no recognition was made when someone left the table.

Excellent facilties for both adults and children of all ages. Great location. The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much hassle. Loved the rooms and ideal for a family. The all inclusive food was very excellent.

I loved the hotel's location. It was very close to a beautiful sandy beach, and I could easily walk to the center of the city by the water, which was a lovely experience. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Everything is what I needed and wanted.

Everything is very comfortable here, had a really good stay in winter time. The units are fully-equipped, great-sized with nice view on the see.
